Adipurush release date: Adipurush is one of the most controversial movies of 2022 but now the makers made a decision about the release of this film, which is based on mythological book Ramayana. The release of Prabhas and Kriti Sanon starrer Adipurush has been postponed by six months. Director Om Raut mentioned in his note that the technical teams will have to be given more time to work on the film. According to the latest announcement, Adipurush will release on theaters on June 16, 2023. The film was set to release in January 2023 and makers have unveiled the trailer of the film.

The trailer of the film was trolled fiercely by the people for its poor animation and visual effects. Om Raut defended his product fiercely, it seems like the makers decided to work on the graphics of the film so they want some more time. Earlier, some reports stated that Om Raut is working on the film and he confirmed the same by posting on his Twitter account. Director Om Raut, shared a note in which he confirmed that the film will not be released on January 12, 2023. It has now been pushed to June 16, 2023.

Om Raut wrote in his note, “Adipurush is not a film, but a representation of our devotion to Prabhu Shri Ram and commitment towards our sanskriti and history. In order to give a complete visual experience to the viewers, we need to give more time to the teams working on the film. Adipurush will now release on June 16th, 2023. We are committed to make a film that India will be proud of. Your support, love and blessings is what keeps us going.”
