Alia Bhatt’s baby shower: Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor, the power couple of Bollywood are expecting their first child. The actors are basking in the success of their latest film Brahmastra, hosted a baby shower on Wednesday. Alia;s sister Shaheen Bhatt, Mother-in-law Neetu Kapoor, sister –in-law Riddhima Kapoor Sahni and cousin Karishma Kapoor arrived at the Mumbai’s home of the couple which is called Vastu, for the baby shower of mother-to-be Alia Bhatt. The couple got married in this house. Ayan Mukherji also attended the baby shower of Brahmastra’s actress Alia Bhatt. Along with family, Alia’s close friends Anushka Ranjan and Akansha Ranjan were also presented there to celebrate the special day of Alia Bhatt.
Ranbir’s sister Ridhhima Kapoor shared pictures from the baby shower of Alia’s baby shower. She captioned the photos of Alia and Ranbir as “Mommy to be” and “Daddy to be”.

Actor Neetu Kapoor also shared the pictures on her Insta story with Karisma Kapoor, Babita Kapoor and Ranbir Kapoor. The mother wrote in the caption of the picture, “Blessings and Gratitide”. Anissa Malhotra shared picture of all the women of the family including Alia Bhatt, Soni Razdan, Riddhima Kapoor, Neetu Kapoor, Babita Kapoor, Neila Devi, Karisma Kapoor and Shweta Bachchan.
Earlier, Ranbir and Alia opened up about her excitement for having this new phase of life. “We have done everything for the baby, the room is done. We have done all the preparations that are required for a child,”
