What To Expect This Season: Plot, Cast And More
Unlike the first two seasons, which closely followed Haro Aso’s manga, Season 3 branches into an original storyline. Director Shinsuke Sato and his creative team have built fresh arcs that expand the Borderlands beyond the manga’s ending.
The story picks up with Usagi (played by Tao Tsuchiya) and Arisu (played by Kento Yamazaki). Now married and free from memories of the games, their peace is short-lived. Soon, they find themselves dragged back into the brutal survival challenges.
