Rejected! Allu Arjun turned down Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan for THIS reason

Allu Arjun: Pushpa superstar was offered to play a cameo in Shah Rukh Khan’s next film Jawan. If the offer hadgone through, Allu would have made his Bollywood debut with the forthcoming film which is helmed by Atlee. However, according to various media reports, the deal did not materialise and Allu Arjun rejected the film.

Fans of Allu Arjun and Shah Rukh Khan were quite excited ever since reports revealed that the Telugu actor was expected to share screen space with Bollywood superstar in Jawan. However, now, it has been learned that the actor has walked out of the project.

Jawan an ambitious film

For the unverse, besides SRK, Jawan also features Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi in key roles. The film has been shot in different parts of the country, including Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Chennai.

Reports said Allu Arjun rejected the movie because of his extremely busy schedule. Allu is currently training rigorously to get into the skin of his character for Pushpa: The Rule. Sources said he is going to devote himself totally to the film for the next two months and has no time for anything else.  The sequel of Pushpa is underway at a fast pace and the team has already wrapped up the schedule in Vizag and Hyderabad.

The reports further added that though Allu’s role was small but quite significant in Jawan. However, he wanted to dedicate his time to Pushpa 2.

Allu Arjun is going through a terrific phase in his career. He received rave reviews for his striking performance in Pushpa The Rule, which exceeded expectations at the box office. The action drama directed by Sukumar featured the stylish actor in the role of a bold lorry driver who takes on the system in his quest for power. He is currently shooting for the sequel of the franchise is expected to be bigger and better than the first one.
