The officer then asked him to remove his face mask so they could verify his identity, which is standard airport protocol.

The video quickly spread on Reddit and Twitter. Many viewers criticised Arjun’s behaviour. One comment read, “Just show your full face, man, why be so egoistic? Sadly, these people think themselves as Gods cause of stupid fans and don’t care to follow protocols.”
Another wrote, “Someone tell Allu egoistic Arjun that the Army officer is the real hero lol not you.” A third person recalled a past tragedy and commented, “He had no problem in showing his face towards a mad crowd during Pushpa 2 FDFS showing in a theatre… which resulted in a stampede and death.”
