Anil Kapoor raises the fitness bar after working out shirtless at -110° C for fighter; netizens say 'yeh aadmi baccha banke maanega'

Veteran actor Anil Kapoor is not slowing down anytime soon, even at the age of 66. He is gearing up for his upcoming action film, and recently shared glimpses from his workout sessions on social media to keep his fans updated. In his latest posts, Anil can be seen working out under minus 110°C with the help of an oxygen supply.

In the videos, Anil is undergoing cryotherapy while dressed in winter gear, working out in an enclosed space. Despite the extremely cold temperature, he is seen sweating it out and stepping out shirtless after the session. In another video, the actor is seen jumping and flashing a thumbs up sign while jogging with a face mask on.
