Anupama: Paras Kalnawat aka Samar removed from the show as he joins Jhalak Dikhla Jaa as a Contestant

Anupama: Paras Kalnawat aka Samar Shah in the top-rated serial Anupamaa, has been terminated from the show. (Reason?) Well, this decision was taken up by Star plus after he signed a dance reality show on a rival channel. While On Tuesday, the production house released a statement and accused Paras of breaching their contract.

The entire matter

So for the people who are unaware, Paras had decide to be a part of the latest season of dance reality show, Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10 and soon after this news broke, they took strict action against Paras as he signed up for a show, that to on another channel, without any prior intimation.

Statement of production house

While a statement has come in from the production house which clearly states that, “Paras Kalnawat’s services as an actor for Anupamaa terminated by Directors Kut Production. Directors Kut and Rajan Shahi have always been accommodating to actors and never stops any actor’s growth. Even in the case of Paras, in the past adjustments were made to accommodate the opportunities he used to get and take up with the consent of the production house. We wish him all the best for his future endeavours”

Paras Shared his take

While in an interview with Pinkvilla, Paras Kalnawat shared his disappointment and said, “Honestly, I did not know that they will take a decision like this. I was expecting that they will sit with me. So I chose a way for myself, I chose Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa. I have huge respect for Rajan sir and the team and wish them all the best. At this stage of my career, I wanted to take up a new challenge.

Meanwhile, apart form paras, Hina Khan, Nia Sharma, Suresh Raina Are also expected to be a part of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10.
