Elvish Yadav has finally shared a message for Anurag Dobhal, who is currently recovering in the hospital after a shocking car crash linked to a suicide attempt.

While Elvish tried to show support, many fans of Anurag Dobhal felt the message sounded like an “obligatory” reaction rather than genuine concern. As a result, social media quickly filled with criticism and heated reactions.

Anurag Dobhal Accident: Elvish Yadav Criticised For Obligatory Reaction

Elvish Yadav took to X to share a message about Anurag’s health. In his post, he said he usually avoids commenting on someone’s personal or family matters. However, he still wished his fellow creator a speedy recovery.

He wrote, “Although me kisi ke personal matter me ya family matter me nahi bolta, but jo bhi Anurag bhai k sath chalra hai i hope jaldi theek hojaye. Get well soon Anurag bhai.”

Soon after the post appeared online, many users began criticising him. Several people felt the message looked like a formal gesture rather than heartfelt support.

One user commented, “Fame digger aagya fame lene. Gali padi hai isliye janardasti teet kar rha.”

Another wrote, “Bhai tu na respect khota ja raha h tera dost h woh or tu usse baat bhi nhi kar sakta upar se tu reel story daal raha h.”

A third user questioned the situation, saying, “Ye kya baat hui bhai kisi ko marne ke liye chord doge kya.”

Another blamed him directly and wrote, “Tere wajeh se hua hai aisa sabko hawabazi sikha di tune.”

One more troll added, “Yah bhi credit khane a Gaya Gali padi hai tab.”

Others Who Reacted To The Incident

The accident has sparked major reactions across the influencer community. Several celebrities and creators have reacted to the situation and asked people to show empathy.

Actor Aly Goni shared a video on Instagram criticising those who mocked Anurag during his difficult time. He described it as the “sad reality” where someone opens up about personal struggles but ends up being ridiculed. He also said, “Shame on you guys for making fun of him. God is watching everyone”.

Stand-up comedian Munawar Faruqui also spoke about the issue. He reminded people that “suicide is not a solution” and urged anyone going through a tough time to seek help instead of harming themselves.

Actor Abhishek Kumar revealed that he had been trying to contact Anurag for two days through calls and messages but did not receive any response. Drawing from his own experience with mental health struggles, he also stressed that “suicide is not the solution”.

Meanwhile, YouTuber Abhishek Malhan expressed hope that Anurag would return soon, saying his audience wants to see him make a strong comeback after a long break. Reality TV star Prince Narula also criticised trolls and said many people online fail to understand someone else’s struggles.

However, influencer Rajat Dalal took a different view. He criticised Anurag for livestreaming the suicide attempt and called it “unacceptable”, saying such acts could influence young followers in a negative way.

All About Anurag Dobhal Controversy

The situation started earlier this month when Anurag Dobhal posted a nearly two-hour “last vlog” on March 5, 2026. In the video, he accused his parents and his brother, rapper Kalam Ink, of mentally harassing him.

Anurag claimed that his family opposed his inter-caste marriage to Ritika Chauhan and refused to attend the wedding. He also alleged that his brother took control of his properties and assets, which left him emotionally and financially broken.

However, his brother denied these allegations. Instead, he accused Anurag of substance abuse and domestic violence towards his wife, who had reportedly left him.

The situation became even more serious on March 7. Anurag went live on Instagram while driving a Toyota Fortuner at high speed on the Delhi–Meerut Expressway.

During the livestream, which reportedly had more than 80,000 viewers, he appeared extremely distressed and called the journey his “final drive”. Shortly after, the vehicle crashed into a divider near Ghaziabad.

He was rushed to Subharti Hospital, where doctors admitted him to the ICU with multiple injuries, including fractures.

Recent updates suggest that Anurag Dobhal is now in stable condition. A video circulating online also shows him conscious and smiling while meeting fellow influencer Sunny Arya.
