Arjun Kapoor pens heartwarming note as his debut film ‘Ishaqzaade’ marks a decade

10 years ago, Arjun Kapoor, made his Bollywood debut with Ishaqzaade. The actor made his debut with actress Parineeti Chopra in the YRF movie, Ishaqzaade. As Arjun Kapoor completes 10 years in the world of showbiz today, the actor took to Instagram to share a heartfelt note on Instagram.

Sharing unseen photos from his first Hindi film, Ishaqzaade, Arjun wrote, “10 years of living and breathing Hindi cinema every second of my life. Truly indebted to Adi sir, @yrf and my director #HabibFaisal for giving me #Ishaqzaade – a movie that turbo-charged my dream to be a Hindi film hero! Many memories, huge nostalgia and overwhelming love – this film just keeps on giving. Thank you everyone for making an under-confident kid believe in himself! (sic).”

The actor further mentioned that, as an artist, he is a work in progress. He added that he treats each of his films as a learning opportunity to get better at his craft. “Really fortunate to have got producers and directors who have punted on me time and time again. It has been one hell of a ride. Many ups, many downs. Counting my blessings along the way (sic),” wrote Arjun.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Arjun was last seen in Bhoot Police with Saif Ali Khan, Jacqueline Fernandez and Yami Gautam. Next, he will be starring in Ek Villain Returns 2 with John Abraham, Tara Sutaria and Disha Patani. The film is all set for release on July 29, 2022. Arjun also has Kuttey in his kitty.
