Aryan Khan release order submitted to jail, Aryan Khan will be released in 1-2 hours

Aryan Khan, son of Bollywood actor Shahrukh Khan, who was arrested in a drug case, will be released from Arthur Road jail today, almost 28 days later. Earlier on Thursday, the Bombay High Court had granted bail to Aryan Khan, but due to non-completion of paperwork, he could not be released on Friday. Actress Juhi Chawla has given bail on Aryan’s behalf.

The Bombay High Court had granted bail to Aryan two days ago. After this the process of filling surety bond was completed in the sessions court. However, bail orders could not be deposited in the bail box of Mumbai Arthur Road Jail on time. Because of this Aryan Khan’s release was postponed till today. There is an atmosphere of celebration outside Shahrukh Khan’s house Mannat regarding the possibility of Aryan Khan’s release.

Arthur Road Jail Superintendent says that for release, a hard copy of the release order has to be deposited in the bail box of the jail. Aryan Khan’s release order was waited till Friday evening, but it could not come.

The High Court had put several conditions for Aryan’s bail, in which it has been said that Aryan will not be able to leave Mumbai without informing the police, he will have to appear before the NCB every Friday. According to the bail order, they will have to submit a personal bond of Rs 1 lakh and submit the passport.

At the same time, the jail superintendent says that Aryan Khan can be released in 1-2 hours. His paperwork has been completed. However, due to non-receipt of solvency certificate in the release of Munmun Dhamecha, there is a hurdle. Her lawyers can approach the High Court.
