Bigg Boss 16: Ambarsariya singer Sona Mohapatra slams ‘MeToo’ accused Sajid Khan’s inclusion in the Show

Bigg Boss 16: Singer Sona Mohapatra has joined the countless people who disapproved of director Sajid Khan’s participation in Bigg Boss 16 as a participant. She described Indian TV networks as “a depraved and sad lot.” During the Saturday night premiere, Sajid entered the home as a contestant. In the wake of the numerous sexual assault allegations brought against him by numerous businesswomen during the MeToo movement, many criticised the channel and the show for giving him such a chance.

Late on Sunday night, Sona responded to a news anchor’s post on Twitter regarding the multiple sexual assault claims made against Sajid Khan in recent years. She wrote: “This is #SajidKhan, now on a reality TV show. Then there is #AnuMalik judging a music reality show on TV, for children no less. #KailashKher? Celebrity Judge on TV. ALL called out by many many women in @IndiaMeToo. Indian TV channels, executives are indeed depraved and sad lot.”

Sajid is accused of sexual assault for allegedly watching porn in front of women, flashing his privates at parties, requesting nude photos from female actors during the casting process, and more.
