Bigg Boss 16: Actress Soundarya Sharma who has done movies like ‘Ranchi Diaries & appeared in web series Like ‘Karm Yuddh’, is currently seen in Bigg Boss 16. But what caught people’s attention was her fit and toned body. At present she is in the house but with all the tasks and limited availability of food items, Soundarya manages to work out and follow a special diet which will helps her in maintaining that toned body. She has also mentioned her diet plan as well as her workout routine on the show as well as her Official Instagram handle. Let’s take a look at what this BB contestant abides by, in order to achieve her fitness goals.

Soundarya sticks to a Vegan diet

During the First day of Bigg Boss 16, Soundarya informed the other contestants that she is Vegan and strictly follows that diet. She even proposed to cook her own meal. While even on her social media handle, she has mentioned on how she sticks to having green leafy vegetables and combines them with berries and avocado. She also opts to take healthy smoothies along with it.
Soundarya makes sure to add gapes and Greek yoghurt To her diet and that actually adds up to forming a complete meal.
She believes in taking food in small portions and makes sure that her stomach is never empty.

Soundarya Sharma Workout Routine

This Bigg Boss OTT Contestant makes sure to do every kind of Workout Routine. She likes to do Cardio, Yoga and train in Mixed Martial Arts. Along with stay Meditation, Running and Aerial Hoop is something which helps her keep Fit and healthy.

What all is included in a Vegan Dirt?

On the other hand, Vegan diet includes fruits, vegetables, grains, nuts, etc. And instead of milk you can go for either Almond Milk or Soya milk.
