Salman Khan’s Bigg Boss 19 has just started, but the drama is already grabbing attention. The new season premiered on August 24, and it has delivered surprises, fights, and shocking twists within two days. One of the biggest talking points from premiere night was the elimination of Shehnaaz Gill’s brother, Shehbaz Badesha.
Shehbaz faced YouTuber Mridul Tiwari in a public vote and lost, which stopped him from entering the Bigg Boss 19 house. The decision left many fans surprised and sparked debate online about whether he deserved another chance.
Shehbaz Badesha On Losing Bigg Boss 19 Entry To Mridul Tiwari
Shehbaz recently shared an Instagram story that went viral. He made it clear that he never considered Mridul as a rival. He wrote, “Mridul kabhi mera competition tha hi nahi. Maine kabhi usse mera competition maana hi nahi.”
However, he did not hold back when it came to criticising another contestant, Baseer Ali. Known from Roadies and Splitsvilla, Baseer has already been called out for being too aggressive. Shehbaz wrote, “Lekin yeh Baseer Ali, mujhe samajh nai aata iska problem kya hai. Sirf zor se chillana aata hai toh kya har baat pe chillayega? Kunickaa ji par zorse chillana, aur sabke saamne oversmart banne ki koshish karna… yeh sab uska level dikhata hai, bilkul sahi nahi laga.”

Shehbaz’s comments came after Baseer’s clash with actress Kunickaa Sadanand. On the first day, Baseer asked Nehal Chudasama about getting an omelette. When Kunickaa told him, “You can make it yourself,” he found it rude. Later, this led to a loud argument that continued into the night. The incident divided viewers, with some calling Baseer’s behaviour unnecessary.
Secret Room Twist In Bigg Boss 19
Even though Shehbaz was voted out, his journey might not be over. A picture of him sitting in a secret room has gone viral, sparking rumours of his return. While nothing is confirmed yet, fans believe Bigg Boss 19 may bring him back as part of a twist.

Another shocking twist came with the eviction of Farhana Bhatt. The housemates labelled her the “most undeserving” and voted her out in the very first episode. But instead of leaving, she too was shifted to a secret room where she can watch the housemates without being seen.
Shehbaz On BB 13 Vs BB 19
In a recent interview with Bollywood Bubble, Shehbaz compared the new season with the iconic Bigg Boss 13. He said, “Dekho Bigg Boss 13, jaise aapne bola, OG season tha. Sach mein, main yeh nahi keh sakta ki Bigg Boss 19 chalega ya nahi chalega. Par itna keh sakta hoon ki main zaroor chalunga.”
Bigg Boss 19 airs every day on JioHotstar and Colors TV.
