Bigg Boss 19 is gonna premiere next months per updates and makers have flipped the script in a way fans never expected. The much-loved reality show is expected to premiere on August 30, with Salman Khan stepping back into hosting duties. But Season 19 is bringing more than just familiar faces and fresh drama as it's coming with new revisions that will completely change how the game is played.

Bigg Boss 19 Theme Based On AI

As per recent reports, the promo was shot on July 21, and the Bigg Boss house is set to be ready by August 20. Like every year, the house will be designed by art director Omung Kumar and his wife Vanita Garud. While the theme was initially speculated to be “rewind,” it’s now confirmed that Artificial Intelligence will be at the centre of the show this time.

The biggest change this season might come as shocking step. As reported by SCREEN, It’s believed that the audience won’t get to vote for eliminations. Instead, housemates themselves will now decide who gets evicted. In a complete format shakeup, contestants will also control tasks, ration decisions, and more.

A source revealed, “In this season of Bigg Boss, there will be one major change and that is giving contestants the upper hand. They will have an important part in deciding from eviction process, ration to choosing tasks.” 

The iconic line “Bigg Boss chahte hai” is also getting a makeover. It’ll now be “Bigg Boss janna chahte hai.”

This contestant-powered format has already sparked debates online. While some fans are excited to see more strategy and in-house politics, others are concerned about fairness without audience voting. Either way, the new setup promises high-voltage drama and never-seen-before chaos.

Around 45 Celebs Approached For Salman Khan’s Show

Salman Khan is the face of Bigg Boss since Season 4. This time, he will only host the first three months due to prior work commitments. For the rest of the 5.5-month season, stars like Karan Johar, Farah Khan, and Anil Kapoor will take turns hosting the Weekend Ka Vaar episodes.

Around 45 celebrities have been approached for Bigg Boss 19. Names like Rati Pandey, Dheeraj Dhoopar, Bhavika Sharma, and Apoorva Mukhija are rumoured to be on the tentative list, but their entry is yet to be confirmed.
