Bigg Boss 19: THIS Popular Bollywood Singer To Participate In Salman Khan-Hosted Show? Has Broken Ties With Family…Guess Who?

The controversial reality show Bigg Boss is all set to make a comeback with its 19th season, once again hosted by Salman Khan. With every new season, the makers try to add fresh twists and big names to the mix. This time, the buzz is strong around popular Bollywood singer and music composer Amaal Mallik possibly entering the Bigg Boss 19 house.

Amaal Malik To Participate In Bigg Boss 19?

According to a report by Filmibeat, Amaal has been approached by the makers and is currently in advanced talks with the production team. 

A source close to the development revealed, “While Amaal Malik is almost onboard for Bigg Boss 19, it is still not confirmed whether he would be feature in the show as the singer-music composer can back out at the last moment, if needed. The formalities have started, and he might sign the dotted lines for the show soon. The official confirmation about his participation will happen when he signs the contract with Colors and Endemol.”

If Amaal signs on, it would mark his first appearance on a reality show as a contestant. The music director, known for his hit tracks in MS Dhoni: The Untold Story, Jai Ho, and more recently Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, has been in the limelight not just for his music, but also for his personal life.

Singer-Composer Has Cut Ties With Family

A few months ago, Amaal shocked fans by sharing a deeply emotional post on Instagram. In it, he opened up about dealing with clinical depression and revealed that he had chosen to cut all emotional ties with his family. 

He has written, “I have decided to distance myself emotionally from my family and maintain only a professional relationship with them.” The post stirred a lot of discussions online, with fans pouring in their support and expressing concern for his well-being.

This personal revelation adds another more interest to his potential entry into the Bigg Boss 19 house. Known for testing emotional strength and social dynamics, the show could offer Amaal a space to connect with fans in a new and raw way.

Amaal (son of composer Daboo Malik and grandson of music legend Sardar Malik) has created his own path in the Indian music industry. From his debut in Jai Ho to chartbusters like “Naina” to composing Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’s “Ami Je Tomar 3.0,” he’s done some great work in the music industry.
