Bigg Boss 19 saw fresh drama during this week’s nomination task, sparking social media buzz. The issue started when Farhana Bhatt made a remark about Ashnoor Kaur’s television background. This prompted former Bigg Boss 11 runner-up Hina Khan to criticise Farhana on X (formerly Twitter). Hina later deleted her posts, but fans continue to debate the incident.
Hina Khan SLAMS Farhana Bhatt On Her TV Actor Comment
This week’s nomination task paired contestants in male-female teams. They had to count 19 minutes while other housemates tried to distract them. The team closest to 19 minutes would be safe. Ashnoor Kaur and Abhishek Bajaj were the first pair.
While Ashnoor focused on counting, Farrhana tried to disturb her, saying, “Experience aapka reh chuka hai serials mein. Maine kabhi TV serials main kaam nahi kiya as I was not interested. Aapko pata hoga, I have done movies. Aapki age kya hai 21? You still have a lot to learn… It feels you have come too early in the show.”
Hina Khan reacted strongly to Farrhana’s comment. On X, she wrote, “We prefer good, NOTABLE work in any medium, and we respect all mediums equally. Television pe aake, khud ko film actor keh kar bada bataana… jo ki ek well-established, notable actor of any medium kabhi nahi karega. Khaali bartano se sirf shor aata hai. With all due respect to each and every one, do well in the show… but please do not dare disrespect television.”
