Earlier this month, she was hospitalised, and fans have been sending prayers since the news broke. Now, she has shared a recovery update on Instagram, assuring everyone she’s feeling much better.

Sana posted a few pictures in a white outfit, looking calm and cheerful. In the comment section, she mentioned she’s doing better and feeling blessed. Her update brought relief to fans and friends who responded with heartfelt wishes and positive messages.

To explain in simple terms, Liver cirrhosis is a serious condition in which the liver becomes scarred and starts shrinking. This damage builds up slowly over time, and the liver begins to lose its ability to function. Many believe it’s only caused by alcohol, but obesity, hepatitis B or C, and overuse of certain medicines can also be common reasons.
According to a 2024 interview with Dr Shiv Kumar Sarin on The Lallantop, the process begins when fat or alcohol harms the liver. The immune system tries to fix the damage, but ends up causing scarring. Over time, the liver becomes hard and small, which blocks blood flow. This can lead to major issues like high pressure in the liver and even vomiting blood.

Many people with cirrhosis have poor muscle strength. Strength training and staying active can reduce the burden on the liver. Improving your diet and avoiding harmful substances can also slow down or even reverse some of the liver damage.
