Bigg Boss Winners List: The controversial reality show debuted in 2006 and it became an instant hit among the audience because it showed the unfiltered side of stars. The format of the show made it famous and it was loved by the audience. Ever since then, the show has witnessed several winners who showed their mental stability and wonderful performances that impressed the audience and they emerged as winners. In the previous 16 seasons, from Rahul Roy and Gauhar Khan to Gautam Gulati and MC Stan, the show has witnessed several winners who became popular.
Bigg Boss 1 winner – Rahul Roy
In 2007, Rahul Roy—who gained popularity in the 1990s hit film Aashiqui—overcame Carol Gracias to emerge victorious in the inaugural Bigg Boss season. He received Rs. 1 crore in addition to the trophy.
Bigg Boss 2 Winner – Ashutosh Kaushik
A year after winning MTV Roadies 5, reality television sensation Ashutosh Kaushik took home the Bigg Boss 2 title in 2008. He also received a Rs. 1 crore reward. He made headlines recently when using his “Right to be Forgotten,” he petitioned the Delhi High Court to have some images, videos, and articles taken down from the internet.
Bigg Boss 3 Winner – Vindu Dara Singh
Bigg Boss 3’s winner was Vindu Dara Singh, who has performed in movies like Partner, Maine Pyaar Kyun Kiya, Kambakkht Ishq, and Housefull. He won Rs. 1 crore after defeating Pravesh Rana.
Bigg Boss 4 Winner – Shweta Tiwari
TV personality Shweta Tiwari took home the Rs. 1 crore prize money for winning Bigg Boss 4 in 2011. Since then, she has taken part in numerous other reality series, such as Khatron Ke Khiladi and Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa.
Bigg Boss 5 Winner – Juhi Parmar
In 2012, Bigg Boss 5 winner Juhi Parmar—best known for her portrayal of the title character in Kumkum – Ek Pyara Sa Bandhan—was declared the winner. She faced off against Shakti Kapoor, Sunny Leone, and Pooja Bedi, among others. She took home a whopping Rs. 1 crore.
Bigg Boss 6 Winner – Urvashi Dholakia
In contrast to previous seasons, the sixth season of Bigg Boss had significantly less reward money. Urvashi Dholakia became victorious, defeating Imam Siddique and earning ₹50 lakh.
Bigg Boss 7 Winner – Gauahar Khan
Bigg Boss 7 winner Gauahar Khan defeated Tanishaa Mukerji, Kushal Tandon, Pratyusha Banerjee, and Ajaz Khan, among her fellow candidates. She took home ₹50 lakh. She made a two-week return appearance as a “senior” on Bigg Boss 14.
Bigg Boss 8 Winner – Gautam Gulati
The show’s winner was Gautam Gulati, who attracted attention with his public shows of adoration with Diandra Soares on Bigg Boss 8. The trophy was awarded to him along with ₹50 lakh.
Bigg Boss 9 Winner – Prince Narula
Prince Narula not only won the Bigg Boss 9 trophy, but he also gained Yuvika Chaudhary’s affection, the contestant he would later marry. He took home ₹50 lakh in prize money.
Bigg Boss 10 Winner – Manveer Gurjar
As the winner of Bigg Boss, Manveer Gurjar became the first non-celebrity to receive a cheque for ₹50 lakh. He earned the trophy by defeating Bani J.
Bigg Boss 11 Winner – Shilpa Shinde
Bigg Boss 11 winner Shilpa Shinde took home ₹44 lakh, while Vikas Gupta, who placed second, got ₹6 lakh after winning the ‘Vikas City’ task.
Bigg Boss 12 Winner – Dipika Kakar
TV personality Dipika Kakar received ₹30 lakh as the Bigg Boss 12 champion. The singer Deepak Thakur decided to quit the show after accepting the ₹20 lakh money bag, hence her take-home pay was lowered.
Bigg Boss 13 Winner – Sidharth Shukla
Along with the trophy, late actor Sidharth Shukla got ₹40 lakh. Shukla passed away in September after what was believed to be a heart attack. The winner, Paras Chhabra, took home ₹10 lakh instead of the ₹50 lakh prize money that was originally awarded.
Bigg Boss 14 Winner – Rubina Dilaik
On Bigg Boss 14, television personality Rubina Dilaik took home ₹36 lakh. Due to her co-contestant Rakhi Sawant’s decision to withdraw from the race for the trophy with ₹14 lakh, her prize money was lowered from the initial ₹50 lakh.
Bigg Boss 15 Winner – Tejasswi Prakash
Fame of Naagin 6 Bigg Boss 15’s Tejasswi Prakash was victorious, while Pratik Sehajpal finished as the first runner-up. She won the ₹40 lakh Bigg Boss trophy. She developed feelings for fellow competitor Karan Kundra during the season. Fans adore the couple’s chemistry, and they are currently dating.
Bigg Boss 16 Winner – MC Stan
The popular social media celebrity and rapper MC Stan entered the show and he garnered attention with his stint on the show. He became the winner of the show and defeated Shiv Thakare and Priyanka Chahar Choudhary.
