Bollywood fashion: Bollywood celebrities are famous for their style statements and fashion sense. Either award show or movie promotions, Bollywood celebrities always added the oomph quotient. The fascination of cut-out dresses is evident, and several Bollywood celebs wore them in 2022. From Alia Bhatt to Janhvi Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, and others, here’s a look at the celebs that turned heads in cut-out costumes this year.
Janhvi Kapoor
Janhvi was photographed in Mumbai during Mili promotions wearing the aforementioned gown. In a monochromatic cutout dress, the actress showed off her curves. While her dress’s figure-hugging silhouette emphasised her body, the plunging neckline and sensual waist cutouts added to the oomph quotient.
Deepika Padukone
During the Gehraiyaan promotions, Deepika Padukone looked stunning in David Koma’s orange bodycon ribbed knit dress. It’s a backless dress with sensual cutouts in the front and an asymmetrical hemline thanks to a large thigh-high slit. We’re particularly fond of the massive golden double hoop earrings she wore. Magda Mutrym tie-up black pointed-toe shoes completed her gorgeous ensemble.
Alia Bhatt
Alia Bhatt chose a short pink Magda Mutrym dress with red polka dots. Alia’s dress included a slight cut-out at the stomach, and the design was quite flattering on her. Alia kept her makeup simple and matched the outfit with red heels to complete her appearance. She wore no extravagant jewellery and was only seen wearing her enormous ring.
Nora Fatehi
Nora Fatehi elevated the cut-out trend with this canary yellow Roberto Cavalli asymmetrical gown! A split across the front of her gown, as well as a side cut-out on her toned waist, emphasised her curves. Fans swooned at her appearance, which was made further hotter by the thigh-high split.
Anushka Sharma
Anushka Sharma stunned us as she came in a black gown at Karan Johar’s 50th birthday event. It wasn’t even a plain black dress! Her daringly stylish gown had a huge cutaway in the front that created the illusion of a plunging neckline. Her toned tummy was revealed by another cutout, and the dress had a thigh-high slit. Anushka looked stunning, and she kept her makeup to a minimum to avoid drawing attention away from her clothing.
Ananya Panday
Ananya Panday attended the ITA Awards 2022 in style. The paparazzi captured her while walking the red carpet and several paparazzi posted the glimpses of the event on social media. The pictures and videos were doing the rounds on Internet as the actress looking beautiful like always in hot pink and red colored cut-out gown. Ananya was making statement for contrast colour fashion while embracing ‘hot pink’. She wore it like a true fashionista and received compliments for donning this outfit.
Sara Ali Khan
Sara Ali Khan chose her outfit from the international apparel label David Koma’s racks. Their Spring/Summer 2022 collection includes this tulle insert and crystal midi dress. Sara Ali Khan accessorised her ensemble with black strappy stilettos.
