Brahmastra: Ayan Mukherji Shares Details of Part Two Release, know all about it here

Brahmastra: Even after its triumphant theatrical premiere, Brahmastra Part One: Shiva starring Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, it continues to make news. The first book in Ayan Mukerji’s Astraverse trilogy, which introduced us to the realm of Brahmastra through the eyes of Shiva, has received a lot of attention (Ranbir). By 2025, a Brahmastra sequel will be released?

Ayan Mukerji disclosed that he plans to release Brahmastra Part Two in December 2025 while speaking with The Indian Express. We have our aim, he stated, albeit not yet disclosing the date. This movie is something we want to develop and release in three years. Given how long part one took, the timeline is challenging for us. However, we have now learned how to produce these kinds of movies.

Script has been “on” since Part One itself: Ayan Mujherji

Ayan added that the sequel’s script has been “on” since Part One itself. Given that they had the time to work on it throughout the epidemic, he said that it had already undergone numerous changes and retouches.

He did clarify, though, that the start date for the sequel is not set in stone. “Going on floors isn’t as crucial as when we plan to get the film out. On floors indicates shooting, but for a movie like this, pre-production, VFX work, and post-production are just as crucial as when you shoot it. He continued by saying that the film would begin production after the core crew has recovered from Part 1 and is ready.
