For many years, Sanjeeda Shaikh—a well-known figure in Indian television—has captivated viewers. She is currently showcasing her abilities on both big screens and OTTplatforms, stealing the show with her outstanding performance in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's beautiful series Heeramandi.

From Humble Beginnings to Television Stardom

Sanjeeda's career started small in the 2003 movie Baghban. Even though South Indian films came after, her big break came from the TV series Kyaa Hoga Nimmo Kaa. She captured hearts across the country as the charming Nimmo.

Winning Hearts on and Off Screen

Acting is not all that Sanjeeda does. Together with her then-boyfriend Aamir Ali, she won the dance reality show Nach Baliye 3 in 2007. Their sensual connection was transferred to the tv screen in the 2008 drama Kya Dill Mein Hai. After getting married in 2012, the couple brought their daughter Ayra into the world in 2020 through surrogacy. Despite their divorce-related parting in 2021, Sanjeeda remains Ayra's loving and supportive mother.
