During the afternoon window, the film had collected an estimated ₹5.44 crore net from 7,148 shows, registering an overall 15% occupancy, with India gross standing at ₹6.42 crore at that point. The evening and night shows were expected to push the final tally significantly higher.
Advance Booking Performance: Third Biggest of 2026
The pre-release momentum was impressive. Cocktail 2 registered final advance booking worth ₹5.57 crore gross (excluding blocked seats) for Day 1, selling over 1.6 lakh tickets nationwide. Including block seats, the total advance gross touched ₹8.83 crore, making it the third-highest advance booking for a Bollywood film in 2026, behind only Dhurandhar 2 and Border 2.
- PVR led national multiplex contributions with ₹1.9 crore, followed by INOX at ₹95 lakh and Cinepolis at ₹40 lakh.
