The legendary British rock band Coldplay is scheduled to make a return visit to India in 2025 as a part of their Music of the Spheres World Tour. With a video that BookMyShow posted, the band announced this wonderful news, and ever then, social media has been a flurry of activity.
Their upcoming concerts will be held at Mumbai’s DY Patil Sports Stadium on January 18 and 19, 2025. This marks their first full-length performance in India since 2016, when they performed at the Global Citizen Festival. With hits like “Yellow,” “Fix You,” and “Viva La Vida,” Coldplay is set to give Indian fans an unforgettable experience.

The announcement sparked a wave of excitement not just among fans but also with major brands, who jumped into the conversation with some witty and fun comments.
- Dominos India joined the fun by saying, “We dreamt of something just like this,” referencing Coldplay’s hit song “Something Just Like This.”

Coldplay India Tour Ticket Details: When and How to Get Yours
Fans of Coldplay should set their calendars on September 22, 2024, as tickets for the band’s concerts in Mumbai will go on sale on BookMyShow at 12 PM IST. Tickets cost between Rs 2,500 and Rs 35,000, so fans can choose the seats of their choice. Not only that, but Coldplay is also selling Infinity Tickets, which run as little as €20 (about Rs 2,000). The goal of these limited-edition tickets is to increase accessibility to the concert. They will go on sale November 22, 2024. The drawback? The seating configuration won’t be known until the day of the performance, thus these tickets must be purchased in pairs.
