The engagement ceremony of Varun Tej Konidela and Lavanya Tripathi took place on Friday (June 09). Both the love birds are now officially engaged. The news of Varun Tej and Lavanya’s engagement was made official on June 8 when family and close friends shared the invitations for the ceremony on social media. Varun Tej and Lavanya have been with each other for five years. The couple never officially commented on their relationship before the engagement.
If reports are to be believed, the couple will tie the knot by the end of this year. The engagement ceremony took place at Varun’s house in Hyderabad. On this occasion, famous personalities of South Industry and Varun Tej’s cousin were present including Ram Charan, Allu Arjun, Sai Dharam Tej, Panja Vaisshnav Tej and Allu Aravind. Varun Tej and Lavanya exchanged rings in the presence of family and close friends. The couple looked ethereal in the dreamy ceremony. For this special moment in her life, Lavanya chose a beautiful green shade silk saree styled with statement jewellery, subtle makeup, hair styled in a low bun and glossy lip shade. Whereas Varun looked dapper in an white coloured ethnic outfit.

Varun Tej and Lavanya Tripathi first met on the sets of the film ‘Mister’ in 2017. During the shooting, both came close and fell in love. After this, the couple dated each other for five years, although both never officially talked about their relationship.
