Daniel Craig: James Bond star Daniel Craig left the very famous James Bond series in 2021. However, the star has also pointed out that he doesn’t have any regrets from the choice he made.
Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery will feature detective Daniel Craig. He will be pictured this time around solving the truth about a Greek murder. Prior to this, Daniel Craig held the title of everyone’s favourite James Bond until his departure from the franchise in ‘No Time To Die’. The actor assumed the part of Bond in 2006, and he announced that 2021 would be the year of his final Bond movie. Craig added that his character had to pass away for him to be able to go past playing Bond, adding that he has no regrets.
Craig wants to go past the James Bond role
Daniel talk to co- producer Barbara Broccoli and said, “So let’s kill my character off and go find another Bond and go find another story. Start at 23, start at 25, start at 30”
Daniel added, “I suppose I should be so lucky if they were to ask me back, but the fact is I need to move on from it. The sacrifice that he makes in the movie was for love and there’s no greater sacrifice. So it seemed like a good thing to end on”
Craig wants to take things slow
The actor additionally revealed that he is now taking things slow and only wants to work on projects that excite him as an actor. He stated, “I have a family that I need to be with most of the time until they hate me, and then I can go away and do some work. That’s more important to me right now.”
Starting on November 23, for a week, Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery will be releasing in theatres. The movie will start streaming on Netflix in December.
