DeepVeer's Bandra house: SRK to have new neighbours?

DeepVeer's house: Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone will soon be living in an impressive quadruplex in Mumbai's Bandra. Ever since the reports came in, fans have been in a race to know everything about their future house. They have been searching the internet about the cost of the house, inquiring about the area, the price, and most important, who the neighbours are going to be.

New home costs over Rs 100 cr

It’s said to be one of the biggest residential apartment deals in the country. If reports are to be believed, Ranveer Singh bought the sea-facing quadruplex in suburban Bandra for Rs 119 crore. Spread across floors 16, 17, 18 and 19, the apartment is in the building which is under construction after redevelopment.

Sources said the cost of the customised apartment has come to around Rs 1 lakh. A stamp duty of over Rs 7 crore has been paid for the transaction, which includes the purchase of 11,266 sq ft space, an exclusive 1,300 sq ft terrace and 19 parking lots, sources told PTI. A real estate developer said that the price paid by the actor is as per the market trends. The price of a property at this location ranges from Rs 90,000 to Rs 1.10 lakh per sq ft.

Reports said that many celebrities are buying old bungalows in the sea-facing areas of Bandra and Juhu.

DeepVeer’s new house is in the close vicinity of Shah Rukh Khan's bungalow 'Mannat' and Salman Khan's pad in Galaxy Apartments. A number of other celebrities own houses in the area.

A social media post of the under construction building where the apartment is, was shared by digital creator Instant Bollywood.

The apartment, which is going to be the primary home for Ranveer and actor wife Deepika Padukone, has 19 parking lots, sources said.
