Dhurandhar Box Office Collection Day 58: Ranveer Singh starrer Dhurandhar has concluded its theatrical journey as a record-breaking blockbuster. The spy actioner narrowly missed the Rs 850 cr milestone in India, cementing its place among the highest-grossing Hindi films.

While a few shows are still running in select theatres, they no longer make any notable impact on the film’s earnings. With its theatrical run completed, the movie has now made its OTT debut, and industry trackers have stopped reporting collections.

On Day 58, the film earned just Rs 40 lakh (9th Saturday), bringing its total domestic net collection to Rs 836.69 cr. Despite a few shows still playing in some locations, the revenue addition is minimal. With the audience shifting focus to newer releases like Border 2 and Mardaani 3, the film’s theatrical journey is officially over.

Even after its OTT release, Dhurandhar has defied the usual post-theatrical slowdown, thanks to strong word of mouth, repeat viewership, and mass appeal. The spy thriller’s extraordinary box office run has added yet another milestone to its already historic performance.

About The Film

Directed by Aditya Dhar, Dhurandhar is a high-stakes spy thriller inspired by real-life events, including Operation Lyari and the 1999 Indian plane hijack. The film follows Hamza Ali Mazari (Ranveer Singh), a skilled intelligence agent who infiltrates Karachi’s underworld to dismantle a dangerous terrorist-mafia nexus.

Originally released in theatres on December 5, 2025, the film has earned Rs 836+ cr net domestically in 58 days. Globally, it has crossed the Rs 1300 cr mark, making it one of the highest-grossing Hindi films of all time.

Akshaye Khanna plays the ruthless Rehman Dakait, Sanjay Dutt appears as SP Chaudhary Aslam, and R Madhavan essays NSA Ajay Sanyal. Supporting actors include Arjun Rampal, Sara Arjun and Rakesh Bedi.

With a massive runtime of 214 minutes (3 hours 34 minutes), Dhurandhar is among the longest Indian films ever released. Its Netflix debut on January 30, 2026, drew attention as the digital version ran for roughly 205 minutes, reportedly due to edits in violent scenes and strong language.

Produced on a reported budget of Rs 250–280 cr, Dhurandhar has delivered exceptional returns. Filming for Dhurandhar 2 was partially completed alongside the first, keeping the combined budget for the two-part saga under Rs 350 cr.

The sequel is scheduled for a major theatrical release on March 19, 2026 (Eid), where it will clash with Yash’s Toxic. Expanding its reach, the second instalment will release in five languages: Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam.
