After serving time in prison, YouTuber Elvish Yadav is back in trouble once again. In the snake case, Elvish has been the subject of a filed complaint. On Thursday, a Gurugram court ordered the police to file a complaint against YouTuber Elvish Yadav for utilizing snakes in a music video that was recorded at a Sector 71 mall in Gurgaon. In the NCR, this will be the third FIR brought against a YouTuber. He was previously the subject of a case against him by Noida Police over the supply of snake venom during rave events. In both cases, Elvish Yadav has been granted bail.
Magistrate forwarded the case to the Police
The People for Animals (PFA) member filed a complaint, and the city court ordered the filing of a formal complaint. The complainant, Saurabh Gupta, said that in a video recorded at Earth Iconic Mall the previous year, Elvish, singer Rahul Yadav, also known as Fazilpuria and other people utilized snakes. In his judgment on Thursday, Chief Judicial Magistrate Manoj Kumar Rana stated that the court thinks that the complaint exposes the offence and should be forwarded to the police for inquiry after hearing the complainant’s arguments and closely reviewing the case file.
Elvish Yadav faces FIR
The court went on to state that an unbiased investigation is the only way to verify whether the complainant’s claims are true. In this regard, the SHO has also been instructed to file an FIR and conduct a legal investigation.
