Orry aka Orhan Awatramani has created a stir again after calling Ibrahim Ali Khan “the most besharam in the industry” during a candid conversation with Elvish Yadav. The remark has reignited discussions about Orry’s strained relationship with Sara Ali Khan and her brother.
The moment came when Elvish asked, “Industry main besharam kaun hai? (Who is shameless in the industry?)” Without hesitation, Orry replied, “Ibrahim Ali Khan.” When asked why, he added, “Call him to your podcast.”
Orry Opens Up About His Friendship With Sara Ali Khan
Orry also spoke about his early experiences in Bollywood, clarifying that friendship in the industry isn’t as simple as joining a celebrity group chat. He said to Bigg Boss OTT 2 Winner, “Aisa nahi hai ke ek group chat hai Bollywood stars ki aur ek din unhone mujhe add kiya and aaj main sab log ke saath dost hai.”
He shared how his friendship with Sara Ali Khan started. Fans would ask him about her on AskFM, prompting him to message Sara on Facebook. They later met in New York through mutual friends and gradually became close.
However, the bond has since weakened. Orry told Hindustan Times, “I unfollowed Sara a while ago… and I haven’t followed Ibrahim in years.” He added, “Pretending to be friends with Sara means pretending to be ok with the trauma her mother put me through and I just don’t think I can do that anymore.”

Orry suggested that reconciliation could happen if Sara and Ibrahim’s mother (Amrita Singh) apologised. “If Amrita Singh were to apologise, I could maybe see myself letting it go in the future.”
On jokes about Sara’s acting career, he commented, “I don’t really think I said anything wrong about her… I just made a small joke taking a dig at her career… I highly doubt she even felt bad about it… the whole internet makes fun of Sara’s movies all the time… her biggest body of work is a series of memes that she’s delivered via movies… people make fun of me being jobless all the time… It’s not that deep.”

The podcast also included other moments. Elvish asked, “Agar tumhari biopic bane, toh kaunsa actor tumhe play kare?” Orry replied with a laugh, “Elvish Yadav. Tum hi mujhe play kar sakte ho. Tum itne handsome aur cute ho.”
Orry shared stories from his early life, including a college job as a waiter during a charity function. He recalled, “Main college mein tha. Ek charity function tha jahan main usher aur waiter ka kaam kar raha tha. Wahan bohot ameer log the. Kajol bhi aayi thi. Maine unse photo maangi, unhone mana kar diya. Woh pehli celebrity thi jisne mujhe photo ke liye mana kiya.”
He also made a vulgar claim about helping a couple conceive and said, “Teen mahine baad uski wife conceive ho gayi… Kapdon ke upar hi.”
