Emergency: Bollywood queen Kangana Ranaut is all set for her upcoming film 'Emergency'. She has already released some character posters of this political drama revolving around former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. As per Kangana's recent update, she has roped in her 'acting guru' Arvind Gaur for a cameo appearance in 'Emergency'.

Apart from playing the role of Indira Gandhi, Kangana is also directing the film. The actress shared a picture with Gaur in her Instagram story section and also wrote a note dedicated to her. Her note was "Today I have the privilege of directing my acting guru @arvindgaur ji who mentored me at the age of 16, I requested sir for a cameo in his directorial 'Emergency' And here he is with me."

For uninitiated Gaur is a well-known name in the Delhi theater circuit and the founder of Asmita, a group that has been the nursery of many actors. The actress further mentioned, "@arvindgaur_ji is a great theater director, who is directing the director today."
'Emergency', which is based on a dark chapter in the history of independent India, when the then Prime Minister Indira Gandhi imposed a state of emergency in India for a period of 21 months. Kangana will play the role of Indira Gandhi in the film and is her second directorial debut after the moderately successful 'Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi'.
