Priyanka Chopra has called out the fake news linked to her. The actress took to Instagram to deny a viral quote being falsely attributed to her, which claimed she advised men not to “look for a virgin wife.” She made it clear that the statement is completely made up.
The post showed a fake quote that read: “Don’t look for a virgin as a wife. Get a woman with good manners. Virginity ends in one night, but manners last forever.” Reacting to it, Priyanka wrote, “This is not me, my quote or my voice. Just because it is online, does not make it true.”
Priyanka didn’t hold back in calling out the fake post. In her Instagram story, she said, “Creating fake content is now an easy way to achieve virality. None of the links or sources attached to this claim, or many others online, are real or credible.”
She also urged people to double-check what they read and not believe everything they see online. PeeCee added, “Take a minute to cross-check such content and don’t believe everything you scroll past. Stay safe online.”

While she’s busy clearing up fake gossip, Priyanka has some big releases coming up. She stars in Heads of State, a new action-comedy film from Amazon Prime Video. The film features John Cena as the US President and Idris Elba as the UK Prime Minister. Priyanka plays an MI6 agent named Noel Bisset.
Directed by Ilya Naishuller, the movie is set to release on 2 July. It promises action, humour and global chaos as the three characters team up to stop a major threat.
Priyanka Chopra is also working with SS Rajamouli on an upcoming project alongside Mahesh Babu, though no official announcement has been made. Another exciting film, The Bluff, will see her in a pirate avatar set in the 19th-century Caribbean.
Apart from this, she returns in the second season of the spy thriller Citadel on Prime Video. Meanwhile, fans in India are still waiting for updates on Jee Le Zaraa, the road-trip drama also starring Katrina Kaif and Alia Bhatt. The film’s production status is still under wraps.
