Ram Charan-Kiara Advani's flick hits the theaters and the Game Changer Box Office Collection on day one showcases a new power of the superstars with a collection surpassing INR 51 Cr. People imagined that this collection would soon catch fire and spread with the wind of popularity on the first weekend. Sunday in the entertainment world is often considered the most important day for any film's collection to see a surge. This is why after an impressive Friday opening, Shankar's Game Changer was expected to outshine any other film. However, the film's collection on Sunday instead of taking off, dipped below INR 20. Ram Charan & Kiara Advani's much-awaited Game Changer could amass INR 17 Cr on Sunday which is unexpectedly 21.30% lower than Saturday's collection. Additionally, the film saw a low in the Telugu viewers as Game Changer Box Office Collection for the Telugu version saw a significant drop from 12.5 Cr on Saturday to 8 Cr on Sunday.
Game Changer Box Office Collection Day One Vs Weekend
It's interesting to see a superstar like RRR's Ram Charan showcasing himself in intriguing roles, like an IAS officer in Game Changer. People love versatility and VVR star is definitely versatile. With an expectation of receiving appreciation like RRR, Ram Charan and his fans waited for the release of Game Changer. S Shankar's film starring Kiara Advani did pretty well on the first day at the Box Office. Collecting more than 50 Cr does not come easy, interestingly Ram Charan's Game Changer achieved this feat on Friday. However, the glory couldn't last long as immediately on day two Shankar's film saw a drop of 57.65% and then 21.30% on Sunday. Making it a total dip of 78.95% fall from its Friday or first day Box Office collection.
The Telugu audience played a major role in the fallout. On Friday, Game Changer Telugu collection was around INR 42 Cr which dropped to INR 12.5 crore on Saturday and INR 8 Cr on Sunday. On the other hand, Ram Charan's film's Hindi collection remained somewhere around the same numbers, 7.5 Cr on Friday, 7.3 Cr on Saturday and 7.7 Cr on Sunday.
Overall, we can say that the magic of the weekend couldn't take Ram Charan Kiara Advani's film Shankar's directorial Game Changer up and above day one's collection.
