Hema Malini gives sneak peek of new Parliament Building, says, ‘our itihasic glory reflected in the murals on the walls’

Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the new Parliament building in Delhi on Sunday (May 28). In this special moment, many Bollywood stars took to social media and praised this special achievement. Among these, actress-turned-politician Hema Malini is also included. Hema Malini visited the new parliament after the inauguration and shared some glimpses of the interior with the fans.

Hema Malini shares some glimpses of new Parliament 

Hema Malini posted several pictures on Twitter. She wore a pink floral saree for this special day. In the picture, she is seen posing in front of the gate. ‘Satyamev Jayate’ was carved in Hindi over the gate. Apart from this, Hema also posed at other places of Parliament, in one of which she was seen sitting with other members of Lok Sabha. Sharing the picture, Hema wrote, “Day 1 – at the inaugural of the beautiful new Parliament building which will showcase India’s strides into a brave new world and give us pride of place among all the advanced nations. Jai Hind.”

Sonu sood, Ranveer Singh react at the Inauguration 

Apart from Hema Malini, many other Bollywood stars also expressed their happiness at the inauguration of the new Parliament building. 

Bollywood actor Sonu Sood took to twitter and tweeted, “ Garv karo rajneeti nahi (be proud, don’t do politics) Proud moment for every Indian. Jai Hind.”

‘Cirkus’ actor Ranveer singh also reacted to the same. He wrote, “The new parliament building is an architectural marvel and a symbol of progress #MyParliamentMyPride @narendramodi #NewParliamentBuilding #India.”

For the unversed, Shah Rukh Khan, Akshay Kumar and Rajinikanth did the voiceover on the video which shows glimpses of the new Parliament. Voiceover videos were shared by all the three actors through their Twitter handle. Narendra Modi has also retweeted those videos.
