Hrithik Roshan and Saif Ali Khan to feature in Hindi remake of Tamil film Vikram Vedha

Bollywood actors Hrithik Roshan and Saif Ali Khan will join hands for the Hindi remake of Vikram Vedha. The film is slated to release on 30 September 2022.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to Twitter and shared, “HRITHIK – SAIF IN ‘VIKRAM VEDHA’ REMAKE… #HrithikRoshan and #SaifAliKhan will star in the #Hindi remake of #Tamil film #VikramVedha… Pushkar-Gayathri – the director duo of the original film – will direct the #Hindi version too… 30 Sept 2022 release.”

The film will be directed by the makers of the original film, Pushkar-Gayathri. The Tamil version of the film featured R Madhavan and Vijay Sethupathi in starring roles and garnered critical acclaim. The film drives of the folk lore of Vikram and Betal. Earlier, Aamir Khan was roped in for the leading role along with Saif Ali Khan but he backed out of the project due to reasons not known to us. Hrithik was then casted for the leading role.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Saif will next be seen in ‘Bhoot Police’ where he will be seen playing the role of a ghostbuster. The film also features Arjun Kapoor, Jacqueline Fernandez and Yami Gautam in lead roles.

Hrithik, on the other hand, will feature in franchise, Fighter. The film will be helmed by Siddharth Anand and will star Deepika Padukone in the lead role.
