Hrithik Roshan flexes muscles, chiseled body as he cues major fitness goals for fans; reveals what helps him to up his joy

Bollywood superstar Hrithik Roshan has always been known for his impressive physique, and he recently shared an unseen picture of himself showcasing his toned body. In the picture, the actor can be seen flexing his biceps while looking at the camera. Hrithik’s mom and many of his industry friends and fans were quick to praise his fitness dedication and hard work.

In the caption of the post, Hrithik Roshan wrote, “When the diet n sleep score is on point , it feels so good. Took this in November 2022. Currently serving as a reminder not to deviate or let go too much while on kids spring break. It’s funny how food and sleep – the easy sounding ones is where most of us fail. Cause they require a quiet mind n content disciplined days. Whereas training n gym is so simple cause it requires aggression which is somehow easier to access than quiet joy.”

He further added, “What has helped me change my course and up my joy is meditation. Sounds so boring. But once you give it enough time , magical things happen. I started with 10 mins a year ago. And today an hour seems less.”

The actor’s commitment to fitness is well-known, and he is often seen sharing workout videos and tips on his social media handles. Hrithik is currently busy with the shoot of his upcoming action film, Fighter. The film, directed by Siddharth Anand, also stars Deepika Padukone and Anil Kapoor. Hrithik has been working hard to get in shape for the role, and his recent post is proof of his fitness regime paying off.
