Hrithik Roshan recently shared a heartfelt throwback photo with his sons, Hridhaan and Hrehaan, on Instagram. Along with the photo, he posted what he called a “love rant.” In the message, Hrithik reflected on his pride in their achievements but pointed out that his love for them is unconditional.

He wrote, “Man, it’s so much fun to see your kids shine. I caught myself thinking how proud I am as a father. For the men they are growing into, their talents, accomplishments, their work ethic, humility and full-chested pride. Then it struck me, how pride always implies accomplishment. Starts that very vicious cycle of I am loved if I perform.”
The actor added, “And slowly pride that tricksy fellow starts masquerading as ‘Love’. And so by way of this rant, I’d like to clearly demonstrate (and hopefully inspire) that no matter how great my pride is, it cannot for a second compete with my love for you. For just the way you are. You are here, enough and wanted. You belong. That’s it.”
Hrithik encouraged his sons to embrace life fully, including failures. He continued, “Now, by all means, go build, explore everything – success (you decide the definition), aim for success at everything, even at the art of doing nothing. And failure… in fact, I hope you have spectacular failures, strange ones even. And feel it all, feel it fully, every human emotion, let it wash all over you – grab some popcorn and watch it with wonder, see what it feels like in your body – the pain, joy, loss, connection, loneliness, energy, hopelessness, intimacy – At the bottom of each one – is a quiet wow.”
He ended by telling his sons to focus on living and experiencing life fully. Success or winning isn’t the goal – what matters is feeling everything, enjoying the journey, and learning from every moment. He told them to remind him that love comes first, and no matter what happens, they should never be measured by achievements alone.

Hrithik’s Relationship With His Sons
Hrithik shares a close bond with Hrehaan (20) and Hridhaan (18) whom he co-parents with his ex-wife, Sussanne Khan. Hrehaan studies music at Berklee College of Music, while Hridhaan recently finished his senior studies. Hrithik is often seen combining mentorship with fun, taking them on adventures like bungee jumping, swimming and wildlife trips in Africa.
Despite their 2014 divorce, Hrithik and Sussanne maintain a strong co-parenting relationship. They often attend family events together, including their partners, Saba Azad and Arslan Goni.
Hrithik Roshan: Work Front
On the professional front, Hrithik was last seen in YRF’s War 2 with Jr NTR and Kiara Advani. However, the film failed miserably at the box office. As of now, the actor has not announced his next film project.
