Ek Tha Tiger Completes 13 Years

The day is extra special for Salman Khan as his hit film Ek Tha Tiger completed 13 years. The 2012 action drama, co-starring Katrina Kaif, was directed by Kabir Khan and became the starting point for YRF’s popular Spyverse series.

Marking the anniversary, Kabir shared behind-the-scenes photos and a heartfelt note. He looked back on the filming days and the journey that began with Ek Tha Tiger. Fans also joined in, posting their favourite moments from the movie.

Salman Khan Recently Postponed Battle Of Galwan Mumbai Shoot

Salman recently made news for changes in his work schedule. Just two days before filming was set to begin, the Mumbai schedule of his upcoming war thriller Battle of Galwan was postponed.

Sources said director Apoorva Lakhia decided to start shooting in Ladakh this September instead. The reason was to keep the look and feel of the film consistent. Since Salman’s role has a unique appearance, shooting scenes weeks apart in different locations could break continuity.

A source revealed to mid-day, “Apoorva felt that the sequences needed to be shot in succession. For now, the Mumbai schedule is postponed indefinitely. Towards the end, the team will decide if they need to film a song or any patchwork scenes in the city.”

Battle of Galwan is based on the Indo-China conflict and will feature Salman Khan alongside Chitrangda Singh for the first time. The film promises intense action scenes and stunning visuals from Ladakh’s mountains.

What’s Next For Salman Khan

Salman’s last film, Sikandar, struggled at the box office. Fans are now hoping the Battle of Galwan will be his big comeback. For now, his heartfelt Independence Day tribute has reminded audiences why he remains one of Bollywood’s most loved stars.

As other celebrities shared their own Independence Day wishes, many fans are also waiting for Shah Rukh Khan’s annual post, where he is usually seen hoisting the flag with his family.
