Suhail’s act was a tribute to his grandfather, the late Chandra Lal Sangi (a respected musician known for his raginiyas). His village still remembers him, with a school and hospital named in his honour. Suhail said he wants to continue his grandfather’s musical legacy but in his own way.

During the show, judge Badshah asked Suhail how he plans to carry that legacy forward. Suhail replied that he writes his own rap and loves blending hip-hop with classical sounds. Performing on the harmonium, he presented a mix of rap and ragini, which Shreya Ghoshal called “Rapginni”.
Shreya praised his creativity and said, “You will make your legacy proud, that’s for sure. You are the pioneer of rapgini. It’s just the beginning, and now I feel you’re going to do something big and unique this season.” Badshah also appreciated the performance and said it was a perfect mix of tradition and modern style.
Sony TV shared the promo on Instagram, and it quickly went viral. Viewers were blown away by Suhail’s energy and voice. Many people commented about his unique musical style, while others said he looked just like rapper Dino James.
