Diljit Dosanjh is headlining multiple venues with his ongoing Dil-Luminati tour across India. However, during his recent tour stop in Indore, the singer found himself facing protests from Bajrang Dal members, who opposed the sale of liquor and non-vegetarian food during his concert. Nothing serious came out of it as everyone cooperated, but Diljit did threw in a slight jab at his opposers by quoting the famous Rahat Indori. He said, "Agar Khilaf Hai Hone Do Jaan Thodi Hai, Yeh Sab Dhuaan Hai Koi Aasmaan Thodi Hai, Sab Ka Khoon Hai Shaamil Yahan Ki Mitti Mein, Kisi Ke Baap Ka Hindustaan Thodi Hai." Following this the singer took to his socials to thank his fans in Indore and shared a video of him visiting the famous Mahakal temple in Ujjain.

Despite facing opposition from Bajrang Dal, the Punjabi singer-actor didn't let the audience down with his performance. He also took to his Instagram to share special moments from his stop in the city and captioned the post, "JAI SHRI MAHAKAL." Following it, the singer posted his visit to Ujjain's famous Mahakal Temple and continued with the theme of captions with, "JAI SHRI MAHAKAL."

Diljit Quotes Rahat Indori

Despite not having the smoothest experience in the city, Diljit gave the people of Indore a memorable performance. Moreover, he didn't address the protests directly, but he did throw in an indirect jab at his opposers by quoting the famous Rahat Indori. To express his emotions regarding the situation the singer said, "Agar Khilaf Hai Hone Do Jaan Thodi Hai, Yeh Sab Dhuaan Hai Koi Aasmaan Thodi Hai, Sab Ka Khoon Hai Shaamil Yahan Ki Mitti Mein, Kisi Ke Baap Ka Hindustaan Thodi Hai."

Although, the tour stop was not the smoothest, Diljit Dosanjh seems to be in high spirits from his recent Instagram activity. He thanked the fans who came to his concert in Indore and also dedicated the night to the late lyricist and poet. The next stop for the Dil-Luminati tour is Chandigarh.
