Jiya Khan Case: A court order was published on 28 September 2022, criticizing the late actress Jiya Khan's mother Rabia Khan for misusing the judicial machinery. It was said in this order that Rabia Khan is trying to pursue her case by repeatedly filing applications in different courts. Despite the fact that the CBI had submitted a report which confirmed that Jiya Khan died by suicide and not by murder. Now, Zarina Wahab has defended her son Sooraj Pancholi.

Zarina Wahab told Sooraj Pancholi innocent

Responding to the court order criticizing Rabia Khan's applications in the Jiya Khan Suicide case, Zarina Wahab said, "The matter has been delayed for 9 years. Rabia is not in India. Our sympathies are with her that she lost her daughter, but that's not the way. What is she doing to the kids? We finally have to face God. She should understand. Sometimes people try to blame someone else to hide their mistakes. Let's try. It could have happened 9 years ago. But now she is deliberately delaying the decision."

I am facing these false allegations for 10 years - Suraj Pancholi

Talking about the court order, Sooraj Pancholi said, “I have been grappling with this case and these false allegations against me for the last 10 years, and it has deeply affected me as a human being. What I have been doing all these years, only I know. I have a lot of respect and have always maintained my dignity towards Jiya's family. I pray that both his family and I get a fair trial and I pray that this ends soon."

At the time of court's decision, Rabia stays outside India - Zarina

Zarina Wahab was asked what Jiya Khan's mother had to say to her? On this Zarina said, what can I say? Our sympathies are with him. She knows the truth. They should come out of this and not punish an innocent child. She knows from the beginning that it is not Sooraj's fault in this, but despite this, she is doing all this. May God give strength to him and us too. He lost his daughter and we feel so bad for it. If something like this happened to me, I would feel bad too. But man should know what is right and what is wrong. Everything is clear. Whenever it comes to delivering the court's decision, Rabia is not in India at that time.
