Kamaal R Khan: Brutally Trolled For Claiming To Lose 10 Kg In 10 Days

Kamaal R Khan: KRK is no longer behind bars. The actor and self-described film critic, who was recently released on bail after being detained by Mumbai police in relation to some of his earlier, contentious tweets, said that during his 10-day incarceration, he dropped 10 kg because he only drank water. Days prior to the update, Kamaal R. Khan claimed on his verified Twitter account that he was being tortured and that he was receiving threats against his life.

Kamaal R. Khan said on the microblogging site, “I was surviving with only water for 10 days in lockup. So I have lost 10 kg weight.”

Kamaal R. Khan said on the microblogging site, “I was surviving with only water for 10 days in lockup. So I have lost 10 kg weight.” However, Twitter users didn’t appear to agree with him, and his tweet received a variety of responses. A user commented, “5 kgs he shed instantaneously on airport itself, when he heard you are under arrest”. Even with massive labour and simply drinking water, it is impossible to lose 10Kg in 10 days, be it muscle mass or even fat.”

Kamaal R Khan frequently gets into problems for his tweets and blatant jabs at Bollywood movies and actors. For two years, police searched for Kamaal in Mumbai, but he wasn’t there. KRK was arrested on August 29 as soon as he arrived at the airport following his arrival from Dubai due to his 2020 tweets about Akshay Kumar and Ram Gopal Verma. Malad police said that his posts were offensive and that he had targeted Bollywood actors.

Why was he jailed?

Khan was given a 14-day jail sentence on Tuesday and his bail hearing was postponed until September 2 by a magistrate’s court in Mumbai. On September 6, KRK was presented at Borivali court before additional chief metropolitan magistrate S P Kekan. Police asked for his incarceration for four days because they wanted to find out who was ordering him to make such tweets from a foreign nation even though they would incite unrest among local residents.

KRK was detained by Versova Police on September 5 for allegedly grasping the complainant’s hand in the first week of January 2019 and requesting sexual favours from an actress. He was later granted bail in both counts.
