Bollywood actress and BJP MP Kangana Ranaut has once again spoken out against certain actors in the film industry. In a candid interview with Hautterfly, she called some male actors “badtameez” (ill-mannered) and accused them of sidelining heroines, giving them smaller vanity vans, and creating a hostile work environment.

Kangana Ranaut Criticises Misbehaviour In Bollywood

Kangana said, “Maine zyada heroes ke saath kaam hi nahi kiya hain! Mera main concern yahi tha ki badtameez bahut hain heroes.” She added that her criticism is not only about sexual misconduct.

“Sirf main sexual tareeke se nahi bol rahi hoon. Late aana set pe, badtameeziyan karna, heroine ko neecha dikhana, sideline karna, choti van dena… mujhe kaafi trouble bhi hua ki kitne cases ye mujh pe kiye isiliye kyuki main wahape inn cheezon se main okay nahi thi jabki most girls are okay with this, toh unko laga ki isko kyu itna ghamand hain.”

Kangana has consistently spoken about discrimination in Bollywood. She highlighted that female actors are often treated unfairly and given smaller roles compared to male stars.

Kangana Calls PM Modi ‘Biggest Feminist’

In the same interview, Kangana praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi, saying, “Modi ji se bada feminist mujhe nahi lagta is world mein koi hai. To wo jaise hi pehle aaye to jo samasya hai toilet ki, unhone sabse pehle wo kaam kiya. Phir doosra kaam, inhone inko gastrul, inki aankhen foot rahi hai.”

She also spoke about the difficulties women face maintaining menstrual hygiene while travelling for work or political duties. “There are so many problems in India. Shooting is a very luxurious place… The way I am now, in this political line, we travel for 12 hours a day. There is no place where women can go to the toilet. This is a problem for other MPs too. It’s a very big problem. What can you say about it? It’s a catastrophe. It’s a big problem. It’s not possible to manage it.”

Kangana Ranaut Opens Up About Her Childhood

Kangana shared her personal experiences, saying, “My father used to be like, ‘Tumhein tumhein to bahut padhai karni padegi agar tumhein chahiye ki tumhari shaadi aise ghar mein ho.’ Like he used to really demean me, ‘Ki padhogi nahi to aage nahi badhogi and you won’t be able to find a good life partner.’ To mujhe ek baat pata thi ki, matlab whatever jo bhi wo mujhe offer kar rahe hain aur jis tarah ka bhi life offer kar rahe hain, even matlab bahut accha hai, lekin mujhe yeh nahi chahiye. Thank you very much, va nice.”

On the work front, Kangana was last seen in Emergency, which failed at the box office. She has recently finished filming her next project with R Madhavan.
