Renukaswamy, a devoted fan of well-known Kannada actor Darshan Thoogudeepa, had electric shock torture prior to his death, according to the startling post-mortem findings. This information is made public while authorities carry out more investigation into the well-known case that has shocked the Kannada cinema industry. In relation to the murder of Renukaswamy, Darshan and his actor friend Pavithra Gowda are two of the seventeen individuals detained.

Electric Shocks and Brutal Torture Unveiled in Post-Mortem

According to media reports, Renukaswamy suffered electric shock torture prior to to his death. Dhanraj, a recently apprehended suspect from Mandya who works as a cable technician, revealed this disturbing detail. Dhanraj disclosed that he was called by another accused, Nandish, to a godown in Bengaluru, where they intended to shock Renukaswamy with electricity using an electrical megger. Since then, the torture equipment has been taken by the police.

Kidnapping and Tragic End of Renukaswamy

On June 8, Renukaswamy, an autorickshaw driver and fan club member of actor Darshan, was reported missing from the Chitradurga district. After he sent derogatory texts to actress Pavithra Gowda, he was kidnapped. Renukaswamy's body was discovered close to Bengaluru's Sumanahalli Bridge after he was abducted.

Seizure of the Abduction Vehicle

On Sunday, the automobile that was purportedly used in Renukaswamy's kidnapping was taken from a residence in the Chitradurga district's Ayyanahalli district. It is said that one of the suspects, Ravi, left this car there. Police seized additional things from the car after questioning Ravi's family, which helped with the investigation.

Arrests and Ongoing Investigation

Actor Darshan, known as the "Challenging Star," and 12 associates were initially arrested last Tuesday (June 11). Police custody for Darshan, Gowda, and 11 others was extended on Saturday, indicating the ongoing nature of the investigation as authorities work to unravel the full extent of this tragic case.
