Kartik Aaryan: Freddy's teaser has been released after the first look of the Kartik Aaryan-starring movie generated a significant amount of buzz. Kartik is looking in a never-before seen avatar.

Kartik is really an phenomenal actor and has proved his worth time-to-time through his acting. The actor has had a really great year professionally and is now one of Bollywood's most bankable stars. Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, Kartik's most recent film, smashed numerous records and was one of the few Bollywood movies to gross over Rs. 150 crores.

Since the first image of his next film Freddy was revealed, all eyes were on him, and today the teaser for this movie has been released. You will see the actor playing a role he has never before played, and he certainly looks intense.

Kartik Aaryan has previously appeared as a funny guy, an intense reporter, a lover boy, and a best friend. This will be his first time portraying a psychotic character. For any actor, it has never been an easy task to play a character who would give us goosebumps and have all the fans on the edge of their seats.

However, after viewing Freddy's teaser, we must say that Kartik has showed his flexibility, and based on what we could see of him in the teaser, it is very evident that the film can prove to be a good success !

Kartik Aaryan has to put on weight for his New Role

According to celebrity trainer Samir Jaura, Kartik Aaryan was expected to add 12 to 14 kg for producer Ekta Kapoor's Freddy.

Samir Jaura said, “Transformations aren’t just limited to shredding or getting ripped, sometimes it also involves putting on kilos and fat but doing it in a very supervised and safe manner. Kartik was able to gain 14 kilos to achieve this look with disciplined, tailor-made workouts and the right diet. His dedication is incredible because he is genetically lean so to gain the weight in that particular time frame for his role is truly commendable. In fact, he has already started losing weight from his Freddy look to get ready for his next film."
