Katrina felt hungry
Katrina admitted, during an interview with Pinkvilla, that she was hungry as she waited for the moon to rise so that she could break her fast and eat something. She was fasting till she could eat anything.

Katrina predicted that it will be possible to see the moon in Mumbai at 9.01, but in reality, it was not visible until 9.35. She mentioned that at 9 or 9:30 in the evening, she began to feel hungry.
Vicky Fasted For Katrina
The Phone Bhoot actress added that her hubby Vicky made her day even more memorable by fasting. She mentioned that the most endearing aspect was the fact that Vicky was also fasting for her. She admitted that she did not anticipate Vicky to do it, but the fact that he did it himself surprised and pleased her. She even said that Vicky’s parents came over because it was their first Karwa Chauth.
