Kesariya song: Since its debut, the song Kesariya has grown to become one of the year’s biggest love songs. This tender song from the Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor film Brahmastra has won over many hearts online. In the meanwhile, a number of memes and other versions of the song have already appeared online. Mayur Jumani, a composer, and Saloni Gaur, a comedian, have just joined the bandwagon. The two recently worked together to compose a spoof of Kesariya as if it had been written by the well-known musical siblings Neha and Tony Kakkar. The humorous spoof has gone viral on social media. In the short clip, both Mayur and Saloni are seen enacting the signature steps of the siblings as they groove on the high-tempo beats of Kesariya.
While Mayur chose a cheery dress that is reminiscent of Tony Kakkar’s clothing, Saloni Gaur pressed her cheeks to mimic Neha Kakkar’s dimples throughout the video. The digital producers also went by the names Sneha Kakkat and Stony Kakkar in their made-up version of Kesariya, which included new beats and rhythms.
While sharing the parody online, composer Mayur Jumani wrote, “Presenting Kesariya version by Stony Kakkar & Sneha Kakkar. Comments mein batao kiski dance jyada buri thi, main ya Saloni Gaur (Let us know in the comments whose dance moves were the worst).”
