Kho Gaye Hum Kahan Review: Sidhant Chaturvedi, Ananya Panday and Adarsh Gourav starrer is a Must-See for the Social Media Enthusiasts

Adarsh Gourav's subtle representation, Ananya Panday's captivating on-screen persona, and Sidhant Chaturvedi's magnetic performance combine to produce a cinematic symphony that speaks to the spirit of the current digital era.

Kho Gaye Hum Kahan Review: Sidhant Chaturvedi, Ananya Panday, and Adarsh Gourav are working hard for their recently released film on Netflix. The trailer and songs of the films garnered a lot of attention on the internet. The movie is available to stream on Netflix and people love it because the movie shows the real story of the Instagram generation and Gen Zs can relate to the film.

Story

The film revolves around the life of stand-up comedian Imaad Ali (Siddhant Chaturvedi), clever market planner Ahana Singh (Ananya Panday), her boyfriend Rohan Gurbaxani, gym rat Neil Pereira (Adarsh Gourav) and his influencer girlfriend Anya Singh, who has a million and counting followers. Best friends Imaad, Ahana, and Neil, who have been close since school, are currently going into adulthood. They are based in Mumbai. They are constantly hopping between each other’s apartments and exchanging notes about unsuccessful dates and life stories. Imaad, who is wounded and motherless, is a recovering addict on Tinder (This is what is shown in the movie).

Ahana’s self-respect is at stake due to her intense need for her boyfriend’s attention, but she doesn’t care since why won’t he be with her alone? Neil, who lives with his parents, is trying to figure out how to break free from the loop of middle-class living. Will he be able to achieve his goals by taking a “workout selfie” with Malaika Arora and increasing his “follower count”?

What is good?

The whole thing speaks in a combination of slightly theatrical Hindi and English, creating a consciously ruffled, youthful look and feel. It is visually appealing. There’s a hint of meta-ness in Chaturvedi’s conversations with Panday, who seems like she could yet become a professional actor. As everyone watched the movie together, the actors left a lasting impression on everyone with their powerful and noteworthy performances. Adarsh Gourav continues to be as impactful as ever.

What is not good?

The film contains no jokes which makes it a little bit boring. The movie can be skipped through, with opportunities to pause at scenes that aim for nuance, but they are only “stories.” The rest film seems to be several reels gathered into a single segment; enjoyment exists, but it is for a short time.
