Kiara Advani Baby: Did Shershaah Girl Get What She Desired? Actress Once Said ‘I Want To Get Pregnant So That…’

Kiara Advani and Sidharth Malhotra have stepped into a new chapter of life, parenthood! The couple welcomed their baby girl on July 15 via normal delivery. This special moment comes just over a year after they tied the knot in an intimate ceremony at Suryagarh Palace, Jaisalmer, in February 2023.

Back in February this year, Kiara and Sidharth had shared the big pregnancy news on social media with a sweet photo of their hands holding a pair of tiny woollen socks. The caption read, “The greatest gift of our lives. Coming soon.” Since then, fans have been eagerly waiting to see them embrace parenthood and now, it’s finally real.

Sharing an update on their baby's arrival, the duo wrote on Instagram, "Our hearts are full and our world forever changed. We are blessed with a baby girl."

When Kiara Advani Dreamed Of Motherhood: “I Just Want Two Healthy Children”

Way before becoming a mum, Kiara Advani had once spoken openly about her wish to be a mother. During promotions for Jugjugg Jeeyo in 2019, she shared a lighthearted take on pregnancy with KoiMoi. 

She said, “I only want to get pregnant so that I can eat whatever I want and let go.”  When asked if she preferred having a boy, girl or twins, she replied, “I just want two healthy children that God will gift me.”

Her wish to have a boy and a girl might still be on the cards, but for now, the arrival of their baby girl has definitely brought a wave of love and joy.

Sidharth Malhotra And Kiara Advani’s Work Front

Even after the arrival of their daughter, Kiara Advani is not pressing pause on her career. She will be seen next in War 2 alongside Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR. The action-packed film is set for release on August 14, 2025. 

She is also part of Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups with Kannada superstar Yash. While she was initially attached to Don 3, reports claim she exited the film during her pregnancy. Another exciting project in her lineup is Shakti Shalini, backed by Maddock Films.

Meanwhile, Sidharth Malhotra is gearing up for his next release, Param Sundari. The film hits theatres on July 25 and stars Janhvi Kapoor, Akshaye Khanna, Rajeev Khandelwal, and Aakash Dahiya. It’s directed by Tushar Jalota and promises an entertaining ride for fans.
