Shah Rukh Khan starrer King is one of the most hyped films in Bollywood. The action drama is set to release in 2026 and the title reveal, first-look poster dropped on SRK’s 60th birthday. Shah Rukh looked fierce, intense and dangerous in the teaser video. One look at the poster and fans knew this film is going to be massive.
King is also special because it stars Suhana Khan with her father. This is her big-screen debut after her OTT film The Archies. Fans have waited for years to see Shah Rukh and Suhana together in a film. Now, that dream is finally coming true.
King To Have Two timelines, Two Villains And Two Shades Of Shah Rukh Khan
As per an India Today report, King will follow two timelines. Shah Rukh Khan will play a younger version and an older version of the same character. It will remind fans of Jawan, where he also played dual roles (young and old, but two characters). This time the tone looks darker and more intense.
Kill actor Raghav Juyal will reportedly play the villain in the younger phase. Later, the story jumps to the older SRK timeline, where Abhishek Bachchan becomes the main antagonist.
Teaser Of The Film Was Revealed Recently
The makers surprised everyone as the teaser was released on his birthday. Shah Rukh appeared with grey hair, scars and a blood-smeared face. His character looked ruthless.
