Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has finally reacted after his recent social media post about being “alone and lonely” created a massive buzz online. The cryptic message left fans worried about the actor’s emotional state, with many wondering if Salman was hinting at something personal.
However, the actor has now cleared the air and assured fans that the post was never about his real life. In a candid clarification shared online, Salman explained that he is surrounded by family, friends and fans, and therefore cannot feel lonely. He also revealed that the media frenzy around the post even worried his mother, Salma Khan.
Salman Khan Clarifies Viral Loneliness Post
Responding to the speculation surrounding his earlier note, Salman Khan wrote, “Arre yaar Mai apne bare mai nahi baat kar raha tha. How can I be alone when I have such a large amazing family n friends n how can I be lonely when I have u guys, your wished n Duas, I would be the biggest na shukra ever (Arre yaar, I was not talking about myself. How can I be alone when I have such a large and amazing family and friends? And how can I feel lonely when I have all of you, your wishes and prayers? I would be the most ungrateful person ever).”
The actor further explained that he simply enjoys spending some time alone occasionally. He added, “Kabhi Kabhi logon ke saath reh kar pak jaata hun, isliye some me time, Buss (Sometimes I get tired of being around people all the time, so I just need some me time. That’s it) (sic).”
Salman Reveals His Mother Got Worried
Salman also reacted humorously to the intense media coverage around the post. The actor joked that even without posting a new photograph, the message became “breaking news” everywhere.

He wrote, “Iss baar koi photo nhi breaking news bana diya, Mummy pooch rahi hai, Kya hua Beta? Chill maro yaar (“This time, without even posting a photo, you people turned it into breaking news. My mother is asking me, ‘What happened, son?’ Relax, guys) (sic).”

Earlier, Salman had shared a shirtless picture showing off his toned physique. However, it was his caption that grabbed maximum attention on social media.
It read, “By I me myself, 2 ways to be by yr self, Alone and Lonely, Alone is by choice n lonely when nobody wants to be with u.. Ab iske aage (after this) you Figure out what you need to do (sic).”
The cryptic message quickly sparked discussions among fans, with several social media users trying to decode its meaning. Many speculated whether the actor was going through an emotional phase.

On the professional front, Salman is currently busy with multiple projects. The actor will next be seen in Maatrubhumi: May War Rest in Peace, which is being directed by Apoorva Lakhia under the banner of Salman Khan Films.
The film also stars Chitrangada Singh in a key role and is expected to focus on themes like bravery, sacrifice, and resilience.
Apart from that, Salman is also shooting for director Vamshi Paidipally’s upcoming project, tentatively titled SVC63. The film reportedly stars Nayanthara and is being produced by Dil Raju.
